Columbus Charities is proud to announce the Tootsie Roll Program which will be conducted throughout Washington State on Columbus Day Weekend in an effort to help individuals with disabilities.  This page provides the Knights of Columbus Councils with access to the program manual, informational brochure and provides copies of all of the forms necessary to administer the program.  Click on the desired form and print for your usage needs.
